利用计算机模拟和优化手段,应用Aspen Plus模拟软件,对工厂中丙烯酸甲酯的精制系统进行了流程构建及模拟优化。由实验相平衡数据回归得出缺失的丙烯酸甲酯-水的NRTL交互作用参数,在所建模型基础上,重点研究了萃取比、温度、理论级数对萃取塔萃取效果的影响及理论板数、进料位置、回流比对精馏塔产品质量分数的影响。通过分析比较,得到最佳操作条件,对工厂的实际生产和操作具有一定的指导意义。
Using computer simulation and optimization methods, aspen Plus simulation software was used to simulate and optimize the refining process of methyl acrylate in the factory. The NRTL interaction parameters of the missing methyl acrylate-water were obtained from the experimental phase equilibrium data. Based on the model established, the effects of extraction ratio, temperature and theoretical series on the extraction efficiency of the extraction column and the number of theoretical plates , Feed location, reflux ratio on the distillation column product quality scores. Through analysis and comparison, the best operating conditions are obtained, which is of guiding significance for the actual production and operation of the factory.
