根据结构应变模态叠加原理,以一悬臂板为研究对象,利用ITD法进行实验应变模态分析,通过提取反映板结构裂纹故障存在及其位置的特征,建立相应的模式识别向量及特征向量,进而利用模式识别技术,实现板结构裂纹位置的识别。其研究结果表明,该方法简单可行,有一定的工程应用价值。
According to the principle of superposition of structural strain modalities, a cantilever plate is taken as the research object. The experimental strain modal analysis is carried out by ITD method. The corresponding pattern recognition vectors and eigenvectors are established by extracting the characteristics of the existence and location of crack faults, Then the use of pattern recognition technology to achieve the identification of plate structure crack location. The research results show that the method is simple and feasible, and has certain engineering application value.
