随着我国法制建设的日臻完善,我国的法律文书门类日益增多,文种也日趋完备,毫无疑问,数量也相应地大量增加了。仅以公检法三机关公开对外的法律文书而言,文种就多达六、七百种。远的姑且不论,仅从粉碎“四人帮”之后公检法三机关法律文书的发展变化情况来看,就足以说明问题。“文革”结束以后,公检法的司法工作开始逐渐步入正轨。当时,公安机关原有的涉及刑事案件的法律文书只有30种,1980年自刑法、刑事诉讼法公布实施之后,制定了新的侦查文书格式,共48种。随着近年来刑法、刑事诉讼法的再次修订,最新的《公安机关刑事法律文书格式(样本)》已经增至92种,而且还
