随着官方微博、微信的应运而生,民警为民服务方式也在悄悄改变。有30年警龄的老户籍内勤李红梅刚参加工作时出具证明靠手写;曾担任河南省夏邑县公安局“平安夏邑”官方微博管理员的“80后”民警谢祥在微博上与网友互动,为老百姓解决困难;而2011年通过招警考试进入夏邑县公安局工作的郭恒已经将公安机关为民服务方式延伸到指尖上。三位民警的工作经历都深深地烙上了时代的印记。
