本文研究了多层包扎式高压容器筒体予加应力的计算方法。建议以筒体内外壁同时进入屈服为出发点来设计筒体及改进包扎工艺,以提高容器的弹性承载能力。建议引入从试验得出的当量导热系数来计算筒壁温差及设计高温热容器,代替目前套用绕带容器计算筒壁温差的经验公式。根据国内外的爆破试验结果,归纳出计算多层包扎容器爆破压力的实验式。最后,用实验数据校核了予加应力的计算方法,两者基本上是吻合的。
In this paper, the calculation method of prestressed stress of multi-layer wrapped pressure vessel is studied. It is suggested to design the cylinder and improve the dressing process by taking the inner and outer walls of the cylinder into yield simultaneously to improve the elastic carrying capacity of the container. It is suggested that the equivalent thermal conductivity obtained from the experiment be used to calculate the temperature difference of the cylinder wall and to design the high-temperature thermal container instead of the empirical formula of calculating the temperature difference of the cylinder wall by the wrapping container. According to the results of blasting tests at home and abroad, the experimental formula for calculating the burst pressure of multi-layer packed containers is summarized. Finally, with the experimental data to verify the prestressing calculation method, the two are basically consistent.
