我科自 1997年以来用氟脲嘧啶 ( 5 ＦＵ)持续滴注治疗老年晚期大肠癌 ,现报告如下。对象与方法一、对象　本组 2 3例 ,根据国际抗癌联盟ＵＩＣＣ的肿瘤ＴＮＭ分期 ,均为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者。全组病例经肠镜活检或手术病理证实。本组发病年龄65～ 85岁 ,中位年龄 70岁。结肠癌 13例 , Our department has used 5-fluorouracil (5 FU) continuous infusion therapy for elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer since 1997. The report is as follows. Subjects and Methods 1. Subjects Twenty-three patients in this group were classified as stage III and IV according to the TNM staging of the International Union Against Cancer (UICC). All cases were confirmed by colonoscopy or pathology. The age of onset was 65 to 85 years old, and the median age was 70 years. There are 13 cases of colon cancer.
