BIM,即Building Information Modeling,译为中文是建筑信息模型。将传统图纸的平面模式升级为多维度的建筑信息模型,让建筑模型更加直观,更方便进行管理。BIM技术应用到工程造价领域是一场翻天覆地的技术变革,它可以消除预算外变更,缩短造价估算工作时间,通过碰撞检验解决冲突,降低合同价格,缩短施工工期,及早实现投资回报。基于此,本文将着重分析探讨BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用,以期能为以后的实际工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
BIM, Building Information Modeling, translated into Chinese is a building information model. Upgrading the flat pattern of traditional drawings into a multi-dimensional building information model makes the building model more intuitive and easier to manage. The application of BIM technology to the field of project cost is a tremendous technological change. It can eliminate extra-budgetary changes, shorten the cost estimation work time, resolve conflicts through collision testing, reduce contract prices, shorten construction period, and realize early return on investment. Based on this, this article will focus on the analysis of the application of BIM technology in project cost management, in order to be able to play a reference role for the actual work in the future.
