目的:以砂仁挥发油主要有效成分-乙酸龙脑酯-β-环糊精包合率为主要质控指标,以砂仁挥发油-β-环糊精包合物收得率为辅助质控指标,综合评价砂仁挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的质量。方法:通过气相色谱法测定砂仁挥发油-β-环糊精包合物中乙酸龙脑酯的含量并采用扫描紫外光谱法、气相色谱法对砂仁挥发油-β-环糊精包合物进行质量检查。结果:3批砂仁挥发油-β-环糊精包合物中,乙酸龙脑酯-β-环糊精包合率平均值22.57%,RSD 1.752%;挥发油-β-环糊精包合物收得率平均值84.04%,RSD 0.157 4%。结论:上述3批砂仁挥发油-β-环糊精包合物成功包合且包合前后砂仁挥发油主要有效成分基本一致;乙酸龙脑酯-β-环糊精包合率、挥发油-β-环糊精包合物收得率较高,成功地建立了砂仁挥发油-β-环糊精包合物较为完善的质量标准。
OBJECTIVE: To take the main active ingredient of Amomum villosum, the inclusion rate of borneol-β-cyclodextrin acetate as the main quality control index, take the yield of Amomum villosa volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound as auxiliary quality control index , A comprehensive evaluation of Amomum Volatile Oil - β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex quality. Methods: The content of borneol acetate in the volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was determined by gas chromatography. The volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of Amomum villosum was determined by scanning UV spectrophotometry and gas chromatography quality inspection. Results: The average entrapment efficiency of borneol-β-cyclodextrin acetate was 22.57%, RSD 1.752%. The volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex The average yield was 84.04%, RSD 0.157 4%. CONCLUSION: The main active ingredients of the volatile oil of Amomum villosum contained in the above-mentioned three batches of Amomum villosum-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex were basically the same. - cyclodextrin inclusion complex higher yield, successfully established Amomum villous essential oil - β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of more perfect quality standards.
