根据《中华人民共和国人民防空法》《中华人民共和国国防教育法》和中共中央、国务院、中央军委有关重视和加强在校学生人民防空知识教育的规定和要求,为增强师生在和平环境下的忧患意识和推动学校国防教育和安全教育全面深入开展,帮助学生增长国防知识、教给学生正确应对各种灾害发生时的自救、自护、逃生技能。有效的人防教育能够提高学生的安全意识,规范学生的安全行为,促进学校安全稳定健康运行。
