最近到基层调研,感觉经过教育实践活动,干部作风确实有很大转变,非常难得、非常可喜。但也听到群众反映,有的干部因为怕出事、怕出错而干脆消极作为,有的则出于为官不易而不作为,在工作中常常表现出“心中无数、脑中无事、眼里无活、手里无牌、落实无果”。这“五个无”是对“庸懒散”干部的一个鲜明概括,是对“虚浮空”干部的一个准确描述,也是当前干部“四风”问题的折射和反映,不可取、要不得。
