3G运营两年来,各家运营商形成了具有各自独特风格的3G套餐体系,并不断根据套餐发展效果、市场反馈及竞争态势对套餐体系进行优化调整。套餐发展的效果究竟如何?可以从两方面进行评价:一是基于用户角度,套餐设计能否满足用户需求,与用户消费特征是否契合;二是从运营商角度,套餐能否给运营商带来效益,好的套餐设计应能在用户和运营商之间找到平衡点。笔者以某运营商的29款3G套餐为例,对套餐发展的效果进行评估。
