本文首先分析了高等职业教育发展现状,从职业教育的发展规律中引出高职学生创业能力培养的重要性。三类汽车维修企业具有投资少、风险小、收益率高等优势,是众多汽车人才创业首选创业项目。高职院校毕业生参与三类维修企业创业的比例不高,成功率更低,究其原因是学校在创业教育方面存在很多问题。针对这些问题,本文从四个方面探索高职学生创业能力培养的方法。
This article first analyzes the current situation of the development of higher vocational education, and from the law of the development of vocational education leads to the importance of cultivating students’ entrepreneurial ability. Three types of vehicle maintenance business with less investment, low risk, high rate of return advantages, is the first choice for many entrepreneurship car business venture. The proportion of higher vocational college graduates participating in the three types of maintenance enterprises is not high, the success rate is lower, the reason is that schools in entrepreneurship education there are many problems. In view of these problems, this article explores the ways of cultivating the entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students from four aspects.
