上海跃进电机厂冲床车间主要生产电机定转子矽钢片.由于生产工艺上的要求,三台不同模具的63t、80t、40t自动冲床组成Y-80三联自动冲床,能自动送料,自动逐台传送、定位、冲压、最后输出冲压成型的电机定转子矽钢片(图1).此车间噪声级高达105dB(A)左右,严重影响操作工人的身心健康,有碍生产效率的提高,冲床的噪声治理,成为各方日益重视的治理课题.
Shanghai Yuejin Electric Machine Factory presses the workshop mainly produces the motor stator and rotor silicon steel sheet.
