林口县档案馆成立于1958年11月。1973年7月成立林口县档案科,与县档案馆合署办公,一套编制,两块牌子。1984年档案科(馆)改称档案局(馆)。1987年隶属县政府。1993年4月,将县委党史研究室、县志办公室和县档案局(馆)合并,称县档案局(馆),改为具有行政职能的事业单位。2009年改为隶属县委;内设文秘股、档案管理股、档案指导股和史志编研股;人员编制10人;领导职数为一正两副。办公地点在林口县党政办公中心。现有档案库房面积260平方米,有密集
Linkou County Archives was founded in November 1958.
