本文通过界定行政即时强制的概念、特征,分析了我国即时强制目前存在的问题,根据我国现实状况对即时强制制度的完善提出了相应建议。
By defining the concept and characteristics of instant coercion in administration, this article analyzes the existing problems of immediate coercion in our country and puts forward corresponding suggestions to perfecting the system of immediate coercion according to the reality of our country.
