To analyze the recent postoperative recovery of patients undergoing total mesenteric resection of the rectal cancer, the investigators accepted the first surgery in the St.Spiridon Hospital from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2010 A total of 75 patients undergoing anterior resection of mesorectal malformation were retrospectively analyzed and their clinical data were analyzed for recent postoperative recovery.
