本文由继电器滑阀式气动舵机的结构和工作过程出发,建立了气动舵机的数学模型。并就具体参数对以冷气和热燃气为能源的两种状态进行了数字解计算,计算结果和实验数据基本相似.由此数学模型可以分析和计算舵机的结构参数、气动参数和电气参数对舵机动态性能(延迟和斜边)及中间变量(绕组电流、活塞腔压力)的影响,这对继电器滑阀式气动舵机的分析研究和设计有一定的指导意义;对确定舵机某些配合件的公差(如阀芯和阀套的配合公差、活塞和作动筒的配合公差)有一定的参考作用。本文尚未改变所有参数进行计算,也没有从定量出发对模型进行简化,很多工作尚待继续进行。
