人类对本国历史文化的传承,主要靠教育来实现和完成。学前教育是终身学习的开端,是基础教育的重要组成部分,作为幼儿的引路人和行为示范者,幼儿教师的文化素养高低直接影响幼教质量和办园水平。如何提升幼儿教师文化素养是幼教工作者应该思考的问题,幼儿师范院校在培养幼儿教师上应注重本土文化教育资源,结合乡土文化,文而化之,同时,鼓励幼儿教师树立终身学习的理念,自觉承担起传承民族文化的重任,寓文化传承于幼儿启蒙教育中,才会使孩子爱上读书,爱上中国优秀传统文化。
