欲测量电子管内的残气压强,只要将其自身的电极系统接成热阴极电脑计的工作形式,并求得灵敏度即可。但通常均借助于“真空计校准”的方法来求得灵敏度。本文试图根据电子管的电极尺寸和材料、以及作电脑计使用时的电极电压等参量,通过理论计算来求得灵敏度,文中给出了平板形电极系统和圆柱形电极系统电子管的灵敏度解析式,对式中各量的计算作了详尽地讨论,并给出了供计算用的数表和曲线,给出了若干电子管的计算实例,其灵敏度的计算值和实验值取得较好的一致性。
To measure the residual gas pressure in the tube, as long as its own electrode system connected to hot cathode computer form of work, and to obtain the sensitivity can be. This paper attempts to obtain the sensitivity of the tube based on the electrode size and material of the tube and the electrode voltage and other parameters for the use of the computer. Theoretical and experimental results show that the sensitivities of the flat electrode system and the cylindrical electrode system are given. The calculation of each amount in the formula is discussed in detail, and the numerical tables and curves for calculation are given. Some calculation examples of the electron tubes are given, and the calculated values of the sensitivity are in good agreement with the experimental values.
