建设单位项目管理一直是容易被忽视或被误解为轻松的工作,随着现代建筑功能日趋多样和精细,单靠传统的设计院、施工单位和监理组合的生产模式已无法满足项目复杂性和建设周期紧的要求,尤其是商业综合体项目,由于在市场上还没有出现真正既能统筹商业地产设计和施工,又能代表建设单位利益并有良好信任关系的高度专业化的顾问机构的时候,只有建设单位建立自己的团队挑起这份重担,除身兼业主的责任外,还是设计和施工的后台总协调,这对建设单位的项目管理是全新的挑战。
