为研究二斑叶螨取食对不同品种棉叶内防御酶活力的影响,以3个品种为试验材料,室内测定二斑叶螨取食后棉花叶片内过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和脂氧合酶(LOX)的活力。结果表明:二斑叶螨取食后的棉叶CAT、POD、PPO和LOX的酶活力均高于对照组,不同品种棉叶的CAT、POD、PPO和LOX活力变化均不同,且棉花品种之间存在差异。中棉所49和新陆中37的叶片内4种防御酶活力均高于中棉所35,推断中棉所49和新陆中37的抗叶螨性较强,中棉所35较弱。研究结果为棉花抗螨品种的选育和合理应用提供参考。
In order to study the effect of two-spotted spider mite feeding on the activities of defense enzymes in different cotton varieties, three varieties were used as test materials to determine the activities of catalase (CAT), peroxidation Enzyme activity (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and lipoxygenase (LOX) activity. The results showed that the activities of CAT, POD, PPO and LOX of cotton leaf after two-spotted spider mites were higher than that of the control group. The activities of four kinds of defense enzymes in leaves of Zhongmiansuo 49 and Xinlushizhong 37 were higher than that of Zhongmiansuo 35, and it was concluded that Zhongmiansuo 49 and Xinluzhong 37 had stronger anti-mite resistance and weakened Zhongmianshu35. The results provide a reference for the breeding and rational application of cotton anti-mite varieties.
