本文提出了一个从人尿中准确、快速检出吗散痛等麻醉镇痛剂的气相色谱—质谱联用分析方法,并对吗散痛在人尿中的代谢产物进行了研究。尿样经酸解、醚洗、碱化、提取、吹干、衍生化等步骤后于GC/MSD上进样分析,得出了前人在动物代谢实验中未发现的新代谢物。
This paper presents a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of analgesic agents, such as analgesic pain, which is accurate and rapid from human urine. The metabolites of human pain in human urine were also studied. Urine samples were analyzed by GC / MSD on the basis of acidolysis, ether washing, alkalization, extraction, drying and derivatization. The new metabolites that were not found in animal metabolism experiments were obtained.
