目的 评价长脉冲治疗超声联合声学微泡对大鼠下肢微动脉血栓栓塞的治疗效果.方法 制备大鼠下肢微动脉血栓栓塞模型,所有组别均予以连续超声微泡成像,治疗组予以频率1 MHz,机械指数1.8,1 000、5 000两种周期的治疗超声10 min,对照组无治疗超声,留取栓塞前、栓塞后、治疗1、10 min下肢再灌注成像图像,描绘视频强度-时间曲线,对比栓塞前后下肢微血管血流容积,评价超声微泡溶栓效果.结果 1 000周期和5 000周期的溶栓效果显著高于对照组(P均<0.01,与对照组比较),两种长脉冲超声组比较无明显差别(P>0.05).结论 长脉冲治疗超声联合微泡对大鼠下肢微动脉血栓栓塞有良好的治疗效果.“,”Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of long-pulsed ultrasound with lipid microbubbles in micro-artery thromboembolism.Methods Microthrombi were injected to make micro-artery thromboembolism on rats.Two different kinds of pulse length ultrasound (1 MHz,1.8 MI,1 000 cycle/5 000 cycle) delivered to the treatment groups during infusion of microbubbles,and control group was given only microbubble but no therapeutic ultrasound.Ultrasound contrast perfusion imaging was repeated after each treatment or control period and microvascular volume was compared to evaluate the efficacy of thrombolysis.Results Thrombolytic effect of 1 000 and 5 000 cycle groups were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01 vs.control group).There was no difference between 1 000 cycle group and 5 000 cycle group(P>0.05).Conclusions The long-pulsed ultrasound with microbubbles showed successful therapeutic effects on a rat hind limb micro artery thromboembolism model.
