党的十五大以来特别是今年以来,乳山市把深化企业改革作为事关全市经济和社会发展的大事来抓,经过精心运作,取得了较好进展。截止目前,全市共完成改制企业392家,占镇以上企业总数的89％。在改制企业中,有工会组织的180家。总的看,基层工会在企业改制过程中发挥了应有的作用,有力地推动了改制工作的顺利进行。一是利用工会宣传阵地,引导教育职工正确认识理解改革,积极支持参与改革。二是充分发挥职代会作用,确保了企业改制的顺利进行。三是在安置下岗职工方面发挥了积极作用。四是工会自身在改制中得以加强。
