静态特性问题应用静态田口方法进行设计 ,有时难以获得满意结果 ,通常的解决方法是重选因素或响应并再作实验。这种做法不但增加了实验费用 ,效果也不显著。该文根据动态理论提出了将静态特性问题转化为动态特性问题 ,进而应用动态田口方法进行设计解决方案。该文将此方法应用于塑料联结螺母标准设计 ,收到了良好效果。另外 ,由于此方法可重新利用原有实验数据 ,不需另作实验
The static characteristics problem is designed using the static Taguchi method, sometimes it is difficult to obtain the satisfactory result. The usual solution is to reselect the factors or respond to the experiment again. This approach not only increased the experimental costs, the effect is not significant. According to the dynamic theory, this paper proposes to transform the static characteristic problem into the dynamic characteristic problem, and then uses the dynamic Taguchi method to design the solution. This article applies this method to the standard design of plastic coupling nuts and receives good results.
