From 1986 to 1992, seven plum orchards with different concentrations of atmospheric fluorides were studied, and the simulation experiments were carried out. The results showed that plum is a plant that is sensitive to atmospheric fluoride. Its main symptom is early deciduous leaf. The critical concentration of atmospheric fluorides in normal growth environment is 1.0 ~ 1.2μg / (dm2 · d), and that of plum leaves is (11.2 ± 2.3) mg / kg. There was a good positive correlation between atmospheric fluoride concentration [X, μg / (dm2 · d)] and fluorine content (Y, mg / kg) in Plum leaves. The regression equation was expressed as Y = (2.15 ± 23.16) X, r = 0.822. The accumulation coefficient of fluoride in plum is 0.33 and the accumulation equation is ΔF = 0.33ct. Plum leaf area cellulase activity and early deciduous are closely related
