目的:针对黄土高原山区干旱的气候特征,探索适宜当地环境的一套可靠的党参育苗技术。方法:在考察前期育苗生产工作基础上,在水资源受限的条件下设计随机区组试验,研究种子前处理方式、垄高、覆盖方式和播种量等因素对党参种子出苗率和幼苗生长发育的影响。结果:前处理方式、垄高、覆盖方式和播种量等因素在不同水平条件下对党参种子出苗率和种苗的质量均有较大影响。结论:采用草木灰处理,在垄高15 cm左右,采用麦秸覆盖,播种量为10 kg/667 m~2的条件下党参育苗的产量高、质量好。
Objective: According to the climatic characteristics of the arid mountain in the Loess Plateau, a set of reliable technology of Codonopsis pilosula which suitable for the local environment was explored. Methods: Based on the investigation of early seedling production, we designed a randomized block trial under the condition of limited water resources to study the seed germination rate and seedling growth of Codonopsis pilosula Impact. Results: The factors of pretreatment, height of ridge, covering method and sowing rate had great influence on the seed germination rate and the seedling quality of Codonopsis pilosula under different levels. Conclusion: With the treatment of ash, the yield and quality of Codonopsis pilosula under nursery are about 15 cm wide with wheat straw covered and the seeding rate is 10 kg / 667 m ~ 2.
