本文报告3例食管腺棘癌和6例胃腺棘癌。最小为35岁,最大为70岁。消化消腺棘癌的肉眼观察与胃癌相类似。镜下则包括两种成分,即腺癌和鳞癌。其中,1例淋巴结和1例肝转移结节中发现鳞癌成分。我们认为转移灶中具有鳞癌成分者,考虑来源与胚胎发育过程异位的鳞状上皮恶变。
This article reports 3 cases of esophageal adenocarcinoma and 6 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma. The minimum is 35 years old and the maximum is 70 years old. The naked eye of digestive thoracic cancer is similar to gastric cancer. The microscope includes two components, namely adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Among them, squamous cell carcinoma components were found in 1 case of lymph node and 1 case of hepatic metastatic nodules. We believe that there are squamous cell carcinoma components in the metastasis, and consider the source and abnormal squamous epithelial malignancy during embryonic development.
