青年员工是企业发展的未来,但其所具有的高流动性特征影响着企业的发展,良好的企业文化可以达到青年员工的要求与期望,由此降低离职率。本文通过对西安11家代表性企业进行调查,利用计量回归,得到企业文化对青年员工离职倾向具有负向的作用,企业文化水平每提高1单位,青年员工离职倾向将会下降1.2765个单位。管理者要充分重视企业文化对青年员工离职倾向的影响,但同时应根据自己企业的具体情况构建适合的企业文化。
Young employees are the future of enterprise development, but their high liquidity characteristics affect the development of enterprises. A good corporate culture can meet the requirements and expectations of young employees, thus reducing the turnover rate. Through the investigation of 11 representative enterprises in Xi’an, this paper uses quantitative regression to obtain a negative effect of corporate culture on young employees’ turnover intention. When the corporate culture level increases by 1 unit, the young employee’s turnover tendency will decrease by 1.2765 units. Managers should pay full attention to the impact of corporate culture on young employees’ turnover intentions, but at the same time, they should build a suitable corporate culture based on the specific circumstances of their own companies.
