自去年夏季根据“档案工作”月刊登载的水调油墨的经验调制使用后,发现它的确有比无水油墨印出文件清晰、不变字形、推印省劲、干的快、印后机子容易擦净等优点。但还存在着水和油墨分离的现象,由于山水,油墨不粘,滚子不转动,不容易将油墨滾匀,腊纸被水浸湿变輭,不结实。为了改进工作,针对如何能使水和油墨溶合不出水这个问题,我们文印室的同志进行了钻研、试验。根据碳酸氢钠(小苏打)溶于水加热发生二氧化碳气,能使一些液体物质松懈澎涨的反应性质,大胆加配苏打,多次试验,没有出水,解决了水和油墨的分离问题。其配制办法和主要优点是这样的:
