以Fe3+(Cr3+)/Fe2+混合离子和氨水为原料,用共沉淀方法制备出γ-Fe2O3(Fe3O4)晶型的铁格中变催化剂,在325℃、500h-1、汽气比2:1条件下,CO转化率高达97%.用高分辨透射电镜对还原后催化剂形貌的观察表明,其粒子大小分布比由α-Fe2O3还原所得Fe3O4更均匀.用该方法制备的铁路中变催化剂,已成功地在中小型合成氨厂中使用.
The iron-cored transition catalyst with γ-Fe2O3 (Fe3O4) crystal was prepared by coprecipitation method with Fe3 + (Cr3 +) / Fe2 + mixed ions and ammonia as raw materials. Under the CO conversion up to 97%. Observation of the morphology of the reduced catalyst by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy showed that the particle size distribution is more uniform than the Fe3O4 reduced by α-Fe2O3. The railway catalyst prepared by this method has been successfully used in small and medium sized ammonia plants.
