南水北调工程是世纪工程,各级领导都强调要将该工程打造成放心工程、精品工程,因此对工程内在和外观质量要求非常高,非常严。本文以南水北调中线工程新卫一标山庄河渠道倒虹吸进出口渐变段翼墙施工工艺为例,分析了渐变段扭曲面的施工难点,并从结构布置、材料选择、模板支撑方案、扭曲面分仓浇筑方案、混凝土的拌合、入仓强度、入仓顺序、振捣、浇筑后的养护等方面,优化提高渐变段扭曲面施工水准,保证渐变段扭曲面整体质量的施工工艺,满足南水北调工程质量要求。

In this paper, the construction technology of the wing section of inlet and outlet of inverted siphon in Xinwei-Biaozhongshan midline project of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is taken as an example to analyze the construction difficulties of the twisted section in the gradient section. The construction layout, material selection, template support plan, Warehouse pouring program, concrete mixing, warehousing intensity, warehousing order, vibration, pouring conservation, etc., to optimize the construction of the twisting surface gradient segment to ensure the overall quality of the twisted segment of the gradual progress of the construction process to meet the South-North Water Diversion Project Quality requirements.
