在经济全球化、政治多极化和信息传播国际化的形势下,面对日益激烈的国内外传媒市场竞争,我国传媒业如何赢得竞争优势,促进事业发展,这既是一个重要的实践问题,也是一个重大的理论问题。笔者认为,不断强化传播力,努力彰显影响力,积极拓展创新力,全面提升竞争力,是当前我国传媒业实现发展之要略。
