目的 :通过平行条件下的实验 ,探索白蚁能否替代黑蚁在临床上应用。方法 :采用棉球肉芽肿模型法、腹腔通透性法、蛋清性足跖肿胀法、二甲苯诱发耳廓肿胀法考察抗炎作用 ;用热板法和醋酸刺激扭体法观察镇痛作用 ;用活动计数法观察镇静作用。结果 :白蚁醇提物在抗炎、镇静、镇痛方面均有较好的效果 ,且从某些指标来看白蚁醇提物的作用要优于黑蚁醇提物。结论 :白蚁醇提物在抗炎、镇静、镇痛作用方面具有与黑蚁醇提物相似甚至更明显的效果
Objective :To explore whether termites can replace the use of black ants in clinical applications through experiments under parallel conditions. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effect was investigated by using the granuloma model of cotton balls, abdominal permeation method, egg white paw swelling method and xylene induced ear swelling method. The analgesic effect was observed by hot plate method and acetic acid stimulation writhing method. Sedation was observed by activity counting. Results: Termite ethanol extract had good effects in anti-inflammation, sedation and analgesia, and the effect of alcohol extract from termites was better than that of black ant extract from some indicators. Conclusion: Termite alcohol extracts have similar or even more pronounced effects on anti-inflammatory, sedative and analgesic effects than those of black ant alcohol extracts.
