面对高校毕业就业难和基层人才缺乏的双重矛盾,各高校要充分发挥桥梁作用,建立科学合理有效的就业宣传引导工作、鼓励毕业生要增强责任感和使命感,真正成为引导高职毕业生到基层立业的典范。本文在分析了高职毕业生就业形势和基层就业的现状后,分析了相关政策实施情况以及基层单位就业存在的问题,提出了几点对策和建议,以期为改变基层就业的困境有参考。有助于进一步促进农村经济和社会的发展,为社会主义建设提供力量,加快推进城乡统筹和城乡一体化的进程。
Faced with the dual contradictions of graduation employment and the lack of grassroots talent, all colleges and universities should give full play to their role as a bridge to establish a scientific, reasonable and effective job publicity and guidance work and encourage graduates to enhance their sense of responsibility and mission and truly become the guide to higher vocational graduates Grass-roots business model.
