介绍了一种水性纸塑复膜胶的制备方法。以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸和交联型功能单体为主要原料,采用单体预乳化种子乳液聚合工艺进行合成。讨论了单体的选择及配比对乳液性能和纸塑复合的影响、乳化剂对乳液稳定性的影响、引发剂对单体转化率的影响。结果表明:软硬单体丙烯酸丁酯与苯乙烯最佳配比是1.6~2.3∶1,乳化剂和引发剂最佳用量分别为总单体量的0.98%和0.60%。制得的乳液粒径细腻、固含量高、黏度适中且稳定性好。
A preparation method of water-based paper-plastic laminating adhesive is introduced. With butyl acrylate, styrene, acrylic acid and cross-linking functional monomer as the main raw material, monomer pre-emulsified seed emulsion polymerization process was used for synthesis. The effects of monomer selection and ratio on emulsion properties and paper-plastic composites, the effect of emulsifiers on emulsion stability, and the effect of initiator on the monomer conversion were discussed. The results showed that the optimal ratio of soft and hard monomers, butyl acrylate and styrene was 1.6 ~ 2.3:1, and the best dosage of emulsifier and initiator were 0.98% and 0.60% of the total monomers, respectively. Emulsion prepared fine particle size, high solids content, moderate viscosity and good stability.
