考察近代中国丝织业技术发展史,发现不同要素禀赋结构地区的适宜性技术进步路径选择不同。与先发国家具有相似要素禀赋结构的地区,选择以“要素积累驱动技术引进”的方式,通过要素积累缩小与先发国家要素结构差距的同时引进前沿技术;而与先发国家具有互补要素结构地区,为缩小技术引进的效率损失,则选择符合自身禀赋结构的技术类型,通过“技术引进与要素积累交互推进”这一循环往复的技术进步路径,推动产业技术升级。
Investigate the history of modern Chinese silk industry technology development and found that different factors endowment structure of the appropriate choice of technological progress path different. In areas with similar factor endowment structure as those in the starting-up countries, we choose “factor accumulation-driven technology introduction” to reduce the gap with the starting national factor structure through the accumulation of factors and introduce cutting-edge technologies. In order to reduce the efficiency loss caused by the introduction of technology, we select the types of technologies that are in line with our own endowment structure and promote the technological upgrading of industries through the cycle of technological progress through the reciprocal promotion of technology introduction and factor accumulation.
