提出了大型筒节轧后喷淋冷却方法,并设计了喷淋冷却装置;基于ABAQUS软件对大型筒节轧后喷淋冷却过程进行温度场模拟,结果表明喷淋冷却后筒节表面和心部温差小、温度场分布均匀,喷淋冷却筒节平均冷速可达到10℃·s~(-1)。实验研究了筒节材料2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢的动态CCT曲线和不同形变-冷却工艺下筒节的微观组织,结果表明当平均冷速为10℃·s~(-1)时,冷却后组织主要为贝氏体组织,且随着变形温度的降低,贝氏体的条束状组织特征越明显,增加变形时的形变量,组织中条片状结构含量增多,相应的晶界逐渐明显。
The spray cooling method for large tubular section rolling is proposed and the spray cooling device is designed.
