目的:考察六味地黄汤对BALB/c小鼠海马在体LTP的影响。方法:六味地黄汤单次或连续灌胃7 d后,考察其对正常BALB/c小鼠及皮质酮致LTP损伤模型动物海马在体LTP的影响。结果:皮下注射皮质酮10~50 mg/kg可剂量依赖性的抑制PS增幅;六味地黄汤单次或连续灌胃7 d对正常BALB/c小鼠PS没有明显影响,但可明显增加皮质酮致LTP损伤模型动物的PS增幅。结论:六味地黄汤对皮质酮致LTP损伤具有明显的改善作用,提示改善神经突触可塑性是六味地黄汤发挥益智作用的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction on the LTP of hippocampus in BALB / c mice. Methods: After the single or continuous gavage of Liuweidihuang Decoction for 7 days, the effect of LWD on LTP in hippocampus of normal BALB / c mice and cortisone-induced LTP model animals was investigated. Results: Subcutaneous injection of 10 ~ 50 mg / kg corticosterone dose-dependently inhibited the increase of PS. The single or continuous intragastric administration of Liuweidihuang decoction for 7 days had no significant effect on PS in normal BALB / c mice, but increased the corticosterone Induced LTP injury in animals. Conclusion: Liuweidihuang Decoction has a significant effect on corticosterone - induced LTP injury, suggesting that improving the neuronal synaptic plasticity is one of the mechanisms of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction playing a puzzle role.
