知识产权备案申请人应当先缴纳备案费,然后在网上填写申请备案信息。知识产权海关保护备案是权利人获得海关主动保护的前提条件,目前知识产权备案申请已改为通过新改造的“知识产权海关保护备案系统”(以下简称“备案系统”)办理。权利人现在可以利用备案系统自行提交及维护备案申请,并可查询海关总署审核备案申请的情况。此外,该系统还提供了查询他人知识产权备案情况的功能。
Intellectual property filing applicants should pay the filing fee, and then fill in the application information on the record. The protection and filing of IPR customs is the prerequisite for the obligee to obtain the initiative of customs protection. At present, the filing application for IPR has been replaced by the newly remodeled “IPR Customs Protection and Record System” (hereinafter referred to as “filing system”). Right holders can now use the filing system to submit and maintain filing applications on their own and inquire the General Administration of Customs for reviewing the filing application. In addition, the system also provides the function of querying other people’s record of intellectual property rights.
