通过对光肩星天牛Ａｎｏｐｌｏｐｈｏｒａｇｌａｂｒｉｐｅｎｎｉｓ（Ｍｏｔｓｃｈ）的天敌种类和自然死亡率调查研究，从罹病死亡的幼虫虫体上分离出一种真菌菌株，（编号为９２０９０９—Ｚ２６）做室内致病力测定，寄生死亡率达８８．８９％。再分离后，所得菌种与接种用菌种完全相同，经鉴定为粉拟青霉菌Ｐａｅｃｉｌｏｍｙｃｅｓｆａｒｉｎｏｓｕｓ。此菌的最适生长温度是１５℃～２５℃。
A fungal strain was isolated from larvae killed by disease (No. 920909-Z26) for indoor virulence test. The parasitic mortality rate was up to 88.89%. After re-isolation, the resulting strain and inoculation with exactly the same strain, identified as Paecilomyces parahaemolyticus Paecilomyces farinosus. The optimum growth temperature of the bacteria is 15 ℃ ~ 25 ℃.
