利用超声波辅助提取野坝子挥发油,通过正交设计优化提取工艺。结果表明,当采用100 g野坝子,超声处理80 min,温度70℃,加水8倍量时,挥发油提取量达1.4 g。运用气相色谱-质谱联用法,对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,共鉴定出36个化合物,并用面积归一化法测定各化合物在挥发油中的相对含量。其中挥发油的主要成分确定为脱氢香薷酮Dehydroelsholtzia Ktone(55.03%)、香薷酮Elsholtzia Ktone(7.84%)、氧化石竹烯caryo-phyllene oxide(4.02%)、石竹烯Caryophyllene(1.79%)等,本研究为野坝子的开发利用提供了实验依据。
Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Volatile oil from Rhizoma bungeanae was used to optimize the extraction process through orthogonal design. The results showed that when using a 100 g field dam, sonication 80 min, temperature 70 °C, 8 times the amount of water added, the volatile oil extraction amounted to 1.4 g. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze and identify the chemical constituents. Thirty-six compounds were identified. The relative content of each compound in volatile oil was determined by area normalization method. The main components of the volatile oil were identified as Dehydroelsholtzia Ktone (55.03%), Elsholtzia Ktone (7.84%), Caryophyllene oxide (4.02%), Caryophyllene (1.79%), and so on. It provides experimental basis for the development and utilization of Ye Bazi.
