设计一种小粒径气力滚筒式排种器,以油菜种子为小粒径种子代表,通过对排种器负压携种区油菜种子的受力分析,确定正常工作的最小负压为0.45 k Pa。对排种器进行试验分析,选择排种滚筒转速、负压室负压、正压室正压为试验因素,得出各试验因素与试验指标的关系。通过正交试验结果分析出各试验因素对试验指标影响大小,给出最优搭配。结果表明,当排种滚筒转速为25 r/min,负压室负压为2 k Pa,正压室正压为100 Pa时,种子合格指数为93.26%,重播指数为4.95%,漏播指数为2.11%,为排种器结构和性能参数进一步优化提供试验和理论依据。
A small diameter pneumatic roller seed metering device was designed. The seed of rapeseed was represented by small particle size seeds. By analyzing the force of rape seeds in negative pressure rapeseed, the minimum negative pressure for normal operation was 0.45 k Pa. The seeding device is tested and analyzed. The speed of seed roller, the negative pressure of negative pressure chamber and the positive pressure of positive pressure chamber are selected as experimental factors. The relationship between each experimental factor and experimental indexes is obtained. By orthogonal test results analysis of the impact of test factors on the size of the test indicators, give the best match. The results showed that seed clearance index was 93.26% and repeatability index was 4.95% when seed roller speed was 25 r / min, negative pressure of negative pressure chamber was 2 kPa and positive pressure of positive pressure chamber was 100 Pa. For 2.11%, provide experimental and theoretical basis for the further optimization of the structure and performance parameters of the seeder.
