钱斌华,浙江宁海人,1977年10月生,中共党员,高级经济师,同济大学博士,财政部财政科学研究所应用经济学(财政学)博士后。现为宁波市智慧城市规划标准发展研究院综合与标准发展研究室主任,浙江省智慧城市标准化技术委员会委员。钱斌华博士的研究领域集中于财政税收理论与实务及城市管理理论与实务。近年来,他先后在国家、省市各类刊物上发表论文50余篇,主持省级课题2项,作为执笔人和主要执笔人完成省市级课题6项,参与国家、省级课题2
