台湾2014年十二年国民基本教育实施之后,后期中等教育阶段高中、高职及综合高中课程纲要也将纳入国民教育课程政策的范围,故十二年国民基本教育课程纲要需要有完整发展机制与程序。早年台湾各教育阶段课程纲要或标准的修订和审议,皆由“教育部”业务单位统筹,配合十二年国教的推动,台湾课程纲要的发展已由常设性的“国家教育研究院”课程中心主导。本文从十二年国教的脉络切入,探讨促成课程纲要研修的课程发展机制及运作;以课程纲要研修为范畴,分析课程发展机制的细部设计、运作及课纲委员的选择等,并探究其合理性及技术面。
After the implementation of basic education for Taiwan for 12 years in 2014, the programs for senior high schools, vocational schools and comprehensive senior secondary schools in the latter stages of secondary education will also be included in the scope of the national education curriculum policy. Therefore, the 12-year national basic education curriculum framework needs a complete development mechanism and program. In the early years, the revision or review of the syllabus or standard for each stage of education in Taiwan was conducted jointly by the Ministry of Education and the promotion of the 12-year state religion. The development of the syllabus in Taiwan has been carried out by the permanent National Institutes of Education "Curriculum center. This paper explores the curriculum development mechanism and its operation that contributed to the training of the curriculum outline from the context of 12 years of state religion education. It studies the detailed design and operation of the curriculum development mechanism and the selection of curriculum members, Sexual and technical aspects.
