目的观察乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中微淋巴管密度(micro-ly mphatic vessel density,MLVD)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)的表达及其相关性,探讨HIF-1α在乳腺浸润性导管癌淋巴转移中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测100例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织、25例乳腺纤维瘤组织中MLVD和HIF-1α的表达情况,分析MLVD和HIF-1α在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中表达的相关性。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌、乳腺纤维瘤组织中MLVD分别为17.2±2.2、5.5±1.2,二者差异有统计学意义(t=4.262,P<0.01);HIF-1α阳性表达率分别为71.0%、24.0%,二者差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.527,P<0.01)。乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中MLVD和HIF-1α的表达呈正相关(r=0.591,P<0.05)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中存在MLVD增高和HIF-1α的高表达,且MLVD与HIF-1α的表达呈明显正相关。提示HIF-1α参与了乳腺浸润性导管癌淋巴管的形成以及肿瘤的淋巴转移。
Objective To investigate the expression of micro-lymphatic vessel density (MLVD) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast -1α in lymphatic metastasis of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MLVD and HIF-1α in 100 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 25 cases of breast fibroadenoma. The correlation between MLVD and the expression of HIF-1α in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast . Results The MLVD of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and breast fibroadenoma were 17.2 ± 2.2 and 5.5 ± 1.2, respectively, with significant difference (t = 4.262, P <0.01). The positive rates of HIF-1α were 71.0% , 24.0%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 22.527, P <0.01). The expression of MLVD and HIF-1αin breast invasive ductal carcinoma was positively correlated (r = 0.591, P <0.05). Conclusions MLVD and HIF-1α are highly expressed in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, and the expression of HIF-1α and MLVD are positively correlated. It is suggested that HIF-1α participates in the formation of lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
