激光光斑中心检测是光学测量中常用的关键技术,广泛应用在光学测量系统、光路自动准直系统、激光通信目标跟踪中。为了提高光斑中心及半径的检测精度和抗干扰性,提出了一种基于最优弧的激光光斑中心检测算法,该算法首先根据圆的对称性排除了受干扰边缘,然后选取对称性好的弧线作为最优弧,最后以最优弧的数据作为拟合数据,利用最小二乘法计算出圆的中心及半径,并与其他算法进行了比较。实验表明,该算法对于中心和半径的定位精度高、计算速度快,并有效地提高了中心检测的抗干扰性,适用于在线实时检测。
Laser spot center detection is the most commonly used optical measurement of key technologies, widely used in optical measurement systems, optical automatic alignment system, laser communication target tracking. In order to improve detection accuracy and anti-jamming of spot center and radius, a laser spot center detection algorithm based on the optimal arc is proposed. The algorithm firstly excludes the disturbed edge according to the symmetry of the circle and then selects the arc with good symmetry Line as the optimal arc, and finally use the data of the best arc as the fitting data, calculate the center and radius of the circle by the least square method, and compare with other algorithms. Experiments show that the algorithm has high positioning accuracy and fast calculation speed for the center and radius, and effectively improves the anti-jamming performance of the center detection, which is suitable for online real-time detection.
