从电力工业与国民经济发展、能源与环境之间的相互关系出发，通过对国内、外电力工业发展规律的分析研究，提出了增加发电能源在一次能源消费中的比重和电力发展必须适应用电结构变化的论点，充分说明了电力技术是通向可持续发展的桥梁。为实现国民经济的可持续发展，电力工业必须首先实现其自身的可持续发展。
From the relationship between the development of the electric power industry and the national economy, and between energy and the environment, through analysis and research on the development laws of the domestic and foreign power industry, it is proposed that increasing the proportion of energy generated by generating electricity in primary energy consumption and the development of electric power must be adapted to the use of electricity. The argument for structural change fully demonstrates that electricity technology is a bridge to sustainable development. In order to achieve the sustainable development of the national economy, the power industry must first realize its own sustainable development.
