《中国行政管理》从1985年创刊至今已走过整整30年的历程。作为我国行政学界创办较早的期刊,它伴随着中国行政管理学科的恢复与发展,见证了我国行政管理体制改革的不断发展和日益深化。从创刊至今,它不仅是传播行政管理学术研究和政府行政管理政策法规的窗口,也是行政学者进行学术探讨的园地,更是政府部门和学界沟通、联结、相互交流的纽带和桥梁,同时也展现了公共管理实务者和专家学者为推进国家治理现代化而进行的不懈努力。值此杂志创刊30周年之际,祝贺、祝愿之余,与《中国行政管理》结缘的 “China Administration” has gone through a full 30 years since it was founded in 1985. As one of the earliest periodicals in our country, it accompanied the recovery and development of China’s administrative discipline and witnessed the continuous development and deepening of the reform of our administrative system. Since the beginning of its publication, it not only serves as a window for disseminating academic research on administrative management and policies and regulations of government administration, but also serves as a forum for administrative scholars to conduct academic discussions. It is also a link and bridge for communication, connection and exchange between government departments and academic circles. Public management practitioners and experts and scholars made unrelenting efforts to promote the modernization of state governance. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the publication of this magazine, I congratulate and wish, while being associated with “China’s administration”
