继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进( SHPT)是慢性肾脏疾病( CKD)患者常见并发症,且在慢性肾功能不全早期即可出现。过度升高的甲状旁腺激素( PTH)可通过多种直接和间接效应导致心肌肥厚和心力衰竭,是CKD患者心血管并发症发生率和病死率增加的一个重要因素。在甲状旁腺腺瘤或甲状旁腺弥漫性增生等原因导致的原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进( PHPT)患者与CKD等导致的SHPT患者中升高的PTH都具有致心肌肥厚及心力衰竭的效应,并且心血管并发症亦是PHPT患者的主要死亡原因。“,”Secondary hyperparathyroidism( SHPT) is a common complication in patients with chronic kidney disease ( CKD), and begins during earlier stages of chronic renal insufficiency.The excessively elevated serum parathyroid hormone ( PTH ) level can promote cardiomyocytes hypertrophy and heart failure through a variety of direct and indirect effects,and is one of the important factors to increase the morbidity of cardiovascular complications and mortality in patients with CKD .The excessively elevated serum PTH level can promote cardiomyocytes hypertrophy and heart failure both in primary hyperparathyroidism ( PHPT ) caused by parathyroid adenomas or diffuse hyperplasia and in SHPT caused by CKD ,and cardiovascular com-plications also is the leading cause of death in PHPT .
